Jenae is a Clinical Social Worker (CSW) who brings a unique blend of compassion, humor, and evidence-based practice to her work with clients.

Jenae earned her Master's of Social Work degree from Brigham Young University and her professional background includes working with individuals navigating the spectrum of trauma, substance use recovery, and supporting survivors of sexual assault. She is certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and trauma informed care. 

Jenae partners with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidality, substance use, criminal thinking, and challenging relationships. Whether you're in crisis or simply seeking clarity and connection, Jenae aims to walk alongside you with respect and care.

Jenae uses a client-centered approach and tailors therapy to each individual, drawing from trauma informed and evidence based modalities including CBT, EFT, and DBT. She believes that each person already carries strengths within them, and therapy is a space to reconnect with those strengths, process the past, and build resilience for the future.

Jenae strives to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.

Outside the therapy room, Jenae is looking for every opportunity to travel- both near and far. She also enjoys photography, putting her feet in any river, lake, or sea she can, or soaking in little drops of joy and adventure with her family.
